THE ECONOMIES AROUND THE WORLD ARE A MESS.  With the collapsing bond and stock markets in Greece, Portugal, Spain, and Italy we see the hand writing on the wall for what will happen to most governments around the world--including our own United States.  It still amazes me how many talk as if America will rise above the impending doom and gloom.  Perhaps if our economic woes were not global, as in the great depression, we could.  Perhaps if the world economies were not manipulated by the global elite, there might be hope.  But the fact of the matter is, we are connected globally and we are being manipulated toward an elitist purpose to unite the economies of the world under one cashless financial system...
 
...and this is where the Antichrist steps in.
 
The prophet Daniel informs us that the Antichrist will appear upon the scene to "fix" the world economies (Daniel  8:25).  His fix will be through establishing a global, cashless economic system which will no doubt operate through the technology of the internet and electronics (Revelation 13:16-18).  In order for there to be a global fix, there has to be a global problem...and this is what we are seeing today.  A global financial problem, no doubt a manipulated one, that has the world leaders crying out for a global fix and a global economy.  What we hear as an everyday rally cry is that we are playing by new economic rules that need a new global monetary system to work with it.  The stage is being set and the population is being prepped for the ushering in of a global, cashless monetary system that will be offered by a political leader who will eventually be recognized as the Antichrist.

As we continue into our twenty-first century, I see the following sequence of events:
 
1.  Collapse of major economies to make nations willing to accept a global monetary system.
2.  Emerging hard times (no jobs, high costs, difficulty getting essentials) to make every day people willing to accept a global monetary system.
3.  Establishment of global, cashless economic system
4.  Emergence of world economic leader with an effective global plan
5.  Revealing of Antichrist
6.  Enforcing of new economic rules (receive mark or don't buy or sell).
7.  War on all who do not receive new economic system (mostly Christians and Jews?)
 
Without doubt the days of Antichrist are here.  The battle between what is seen and held onto for security and that which is unseen and held onto for security is fierce.  The day will soon be upon us when we must choose to lose all this world offers in order to gain heaven; or to gain all the world offers and lose heaven.
 
Truly these will be times greatly trying the patience and faith of God's people.  Let us see the reality of heaven and hell with such clear vision that we say with the Apostle Paul, "For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us"  (Romans 8:18).
